Rachel Kenny is a Senior Planning Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in planning across the public and private sectors.
She has held senior positions with Fingal, Meath and Louth County Councils and An Coimisiún Pleanála, where she served as Director of Planning. Rachel specialises in Strategic Infrastructure Development, major planning applications, large-scale EIAR projects and provides expert peer review services and auxillary professional support to third-party consultant teams.
She holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Regional and Urban Planning from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Irish Planning Institute, as well as being a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).
Offering private consultancy services since 2023 for individuals and corporations to assist in navigating the complex Irish planning system.
